We help with setup, coordinate participation and explain the next steps. Your quote confirms the included work.
Does testing guarantee approval?
Testing helps you prepare your app and gather useful feedback. Google decides production access and may request further testing.
What if the agreed testing isn’t delivered?
If we cannot deliver your agreed 14-day test and its screenshot evidence, you can request a refund for that testing service. Completed testing is not refundable just because Google requests another round. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read our delivery and refund terms.
Will I receive testing screenshots?
Yes. We agree the screenshot and report schedule before starting, so you know what to expect. Premium includes daily reports.
When do I pay?
Request your tester emails first. We send your invoice once all assigned testers have opted in and downloaded your app. Your 14-day managed test begins after payment.
How quickly do testers join?
Testers start joining in minutes once your test is ready and access is enabled. We confirm when all assigned testers have opted in and downloaded your app.
Can I request testers before I have a testing link?
Yes. Request the tester emails, add them in Play Console, then send us your opt-in link. We’ll include setup steps with your list.
What should I send?
Your app’s purpose, testing stage, size and the features you want checked. Never share your Play Console password.
