Testing guarantee and service information

Start in five minutes

Once you have added the assigned tester emails in Play Console and your closed-test opt-in link is ready, testers start joining within five minutes. The start time depends on your test being available to the assigned accounts; a broken link, unavailable app, missing email access or a Play Console restriction can prevent a test from starting.

Tester emails and payment

Request your tester list first. We send the assigned email addresses and setup steps. Payment is due by invoice after all assigned testers have opted in and downloaded your app. Submitting a request does not charge you or start the paid testing period.

Your written quote

Before work starts, agree the tester/device coverage, testing dates, reports, total price, currency and payment arrangements. Your quote records the agreed scope and the evidence to be supplied.

If Google does not grant production access and its notice specifically asks you to complete more testing after an eligible Gigsdo test, we refund the closed-testing service fee you paid for that test.

This guarantee applies when Gigsdo completed the agreed 14-day test and agreed evidence, the assigned testers had access to a working app and test link, and you provide the Google notice and your production-access application context within 14 days of the decision.

The guarantee does not cover Google decisions caused by app or developer-account policy issues, inaccurate app-content or Data Safety information, a change to the app or test availability, false or incomplete information in your production-access application, payment or identity verification, security concerns, or any reason other than Google asking for more testing. Gigsdo does not guarantee that Google will approve an app or bypass its requirements.

To request the refund, reply in your existing chat or email irish@gigsdo.com with your app name, order reference and the Google notice. We compare the delivery record and notice against your agreed scope.

14-day delivery guarantee

If we cannot deliver the agreed 14-day testing service and its agreed screenshot evidence, you can request a refund for that testing service. This does not affect your applicable statutory rights.

Support and scope

Gigsdo offers managed Google Play closed-testing support and Android QA. Extra testing rounds, code fixes and unrelated account or policy work are included only when stated in your written quote. Keep test accounts separate from real customer accounts and do not share your Play Console password.

Payment

We accept card payments through the payment link supplied with your invoice. For Google Play closed testing, the managed 14-day period starts after payment is confirmed.
