Enquiries
Gigsdo uses the name, email, app details and message you provide to respond to your request and manage agreed testing work. Enquiry forms are processed by Formspree and delivered to our team’s enquiry inbox.
Website chat
Chat messages and an optional email address are stored by our Cloudflare chat service. Conversations are removed after 90 days without a new message. A random session token saved in your browser lets you return to the conversation; clearing browser storage can remove that access. Staff sign in through Cloudflare Access.
Temporary rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Hosting and form providers may process technical request information under their own privacy practices. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or private customer records.
Access and requests
We use enquiry information for support and service delivery. If you want to ask about access, correction or deletion, email irish@gigsdo.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Form and email records may be retained while needed to manage the enquiry, agreed work and related obligations.
Service providers
Formspree privacy information and Cloudflare privacy information describe their handling of data. Our chat uses browser storage for conversation access, not advertising.
Approximate country
Our hosting provider estimates your country from your connection’s IP address. We use the country code to suggest a phone calling code and include it with enquiries to help our team respond. This feature does not store or send your raw IP address to the enquiry inbox. The estimate may reflect a VPN or network location; you can change the phone country.
Optional WhatsApp contact
If you provide a WhatsApp number with your enquiry, our team may use it to reply about that request. It is included with your form submission, not sent to website analytics. You can leave it blank and receive your response by email.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Enquiries include a request reference and the page used to submit them. If you allow measurement, we may also include a limited campaign-source label to understand which promotions lead to enquiries. Raw advertising click identifiers and arbitrary URL parameters are not attached to your enquiry. Owner test submissions are marked separately.
If you allow measurement, Google Analytics measures page visits, referring websites and accepted enquiries, while Google Ads measures advertising enquiries. These services use cookies and technical information such as your ad click, device/browser information and IP address to help attribute accepted enquiries to advertising. We send an enquiry event after a successful form submission or the first accepted message in a new website chat. We do not include your name, email, phone number or message text in that event. Measurement page URLs omit fragments and general query parameters, but retain Google ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid) after consent for attribution. Analytics receives only the referring website origin. We also measure clicks to pricing and tester requests, form starts, validation errors, submission attempts, successful submissions, delivery errors and chat opens. We also measure sections viewed, scroll milestones, approximate active time, navigation destinations and form stages reached. When the page is hidden, we attempt to send a summary of the last observed section and form stage; this is not a recording or a guaranteed exit location. These events contain fixed labels, not entered field values, screenshots or keystrokes. Automatic form tracking, enhanced conversions, Google signals and personalised advertising signals are disabled.
You can decline without affecting forms or chat, and change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is saved for up to 180 days. The addition of Analytics requires a fresh choice from visitors who previously accepted Ads-only measurement. Google measurement loads only after acceptance; declining later stops future measurement after the page reloads. Declining cannot undo data already sent. Google privacy information.
